Video: Come Alive with Kale, Celery & Cucumber Juice

Dear brothers and sisters,

In times such as these it behooves us to choose life in everything we do.Why not start with the food we eat? After all its so much within our compass. Why not begin exemplifying aliveness by juicing kale, celery and cucumbers. Why not?! The juice reverberates with vitality - it is so alive.

Instead of bringing a barren stretch of soil back to life with compost and manure he plants a mixture of hay and other greens that will fix nitrogen from the atmosphere. Where the plants mature he with allow his cows to graze there, their manure will impart vitality and the barren land will breathe life.
