Video: Eating And Cooking To Avoid Heart Disease And Cancer: Practical Application Of Nutritional Excellence by Joel Fuhrman, MD

Dear brothers and sisters,

We take pleasure in bringing you two brilliant and insightful talks by Joel Fuhrman MD and John McDougall MD on the importance of diet and nutrition. This is altogether poignant given the sad state of health in America where 80% are overweight or obese, half the people have heart disease and 70% are constipated. Then there are the epidemics of cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune disorders, depression and suicide. Is it any surprise that the US lifespan has been on the decline for three consecutive years?

It is all the more tragic that in the face of the pandemic there is little or no emphasis on building natural immunity.

We have long emphasized the importance of growing at least a part of the food you eat. This is becoming increasingly vital as food prices soar. Here is Niki Jabbour with Johnny’s Selected Seeds giving an alive, organic talk on growing your own lettuce and here’s Ben with GrowVeg bubbling with excitement over the art and magic of planting your own garlic.

Brothers and sisters, let us go forth, wholeheartedly, with heads raised high, in the certainty that we will come through. These magnificent teachers prove it.
