Video: The Best Diet For You To Avoid Alzheimer's Disease By Pam Popper

Dear brothers and sisters,

We are delighted to bring you a brilliant talk by Pamela Popper PhD, ND. She advocates a low fat, high fiber, plant-based diet as best for one's cardiovascular system and for the brain as well. This is more or less the same as our alive food diet based upon green drinks. A green drink, as you know, consists of lettuce, kale, celery, chard, parsley and spinach blended in spring water using a kitchen blender, into a kind of energy drink; in our experience nothing is healing as finely divided, living greens.

The point is that life need not be one long, slow decline, rather we can be vitally alive right up to the end. All of our days we can be teaching, exhorting, leading and sharing.

Come to think of it, how  barbarous is “retirement”! All of a sudden, upon reaching a certain chronological age, we suddenly cease from interacting productively, creatively and empathically with brothers and sisters;  we withdraw from what makes us truly human. How sad and how tragic! The point is that with a live food diet, vigorous exercise, intermittent fasting  and victory gardens one can be vigorously alive and mentally acute well into chronological old age.

In a healthy, vibrantly alive social order the elderly are looked upon with awe and respect. By honoring their wisdom and treasuring their advice we are but reclaiming our humanity.

Our California Heritage Olive Oil has a high available biophenol content: 605 ppm (parts per million) compared with 222 ppm for most extra virgin olive oils. This olive oil has, along with its bitterness and pungency, mineral and green vegetable organoleptic characteristics.
