Dear friend,

At Living Tree Community Foods we are dedicated to providing you with excellent service. After 25 years in the food industry, we do understand that there is no accounting for human tastes. We always accept returns of unopened products. Please phone first, then mail the items to our office at your own expense. Upon receipt, we will contact you and issue a return via credit card or check.

In some cases we might specifically ask you to return the goods so we can inspect them, or to send a photograph. Then, you may also be refunded for return shipping.

We ship by Fedex Ground within the lower 48 states, by US Priority to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puero Rico and by US Air Parcel Post internationally.

We stand behind our products. We want you to be happy.

With appreciation and respect,

Dear Living Tree Community,
I just want to let you know how much I appreciate the things that you do to make your customers feel special and important….like we are a part of your community. I received your special offer to receive a complimentary pound of pistachio nuts with my next order. I put my order in for a case of Raw Tahini. Everyone should know that if they have not tried your tahini butter, then they most likely do not know what tahini should taste like. The freshness, texture, taste, and digestibility of your “slowly sliced” tahini is remarkable. I suffer from unstable blood sugar at times, and this tahini really balances me out. I’ve ordered your new product, Sunflower Butter, and am really looking forward to trying it. Well, thanks again for what you do and the energy you put out to the world.
Sincerely,

Ann Huntington
Springfield, Oregon

Thank you so much for your service. Never had I dreamed that I would find such energetically alive food, and never would I have believed that so many wonderful offerings would be in one place. I would feed the world with your food if I could and thank you for trying:). For now I am ecstatic and beyond pleased to be able to give this glimpse of peace and truth to all we can. Thank you for providing me the opportunity I needed to give so wholly and with such passion. Thank you!

Sincerely,
Courtney Sweeten
