Video: Pineapple Almond Butter Smoothie - Alive and Organic

Dear brothers and sisters,

On this Independence Day we are mindful of our forebears, the Greatest Generation, who saved the world from radical evil.  Let us recall that the victory was achieved not only by the fighting men on the front lines but also  the millions of Americans who worked on the home front, on factories and farms and whose unprecedented hard work was essential in making us triumphant.

In celebration of this holiday, we guide you in making a Pineapple,Almond Butter Smoothie, organic of course.

We begin by making our own almond milk - a cup of spring water and a heaping tablespoon of almond butter. We give it a blend and it flashes into almond milk. That's our base. We add a half cup of  frozen bananas, a half cup of chopped pineapple  and 2 tablespoons of almond butter. If you wish, you can add, to taste, our Hawaiian Native Forest Honey and our Vermont Maple Syrup. We give it a blend. There you have it. An alive, organic smoothie exemplifying pulsating, streaming aliveness.

Next James Prigioni guides us along in his New Jersey Food Forest. It is a celebration of abundance. He harvests magnificent cauliflower, broccoli, onions and lettuce. It is an example of what  we all can achieve in our Victory Gardens.

Our Fourth of July sale includes almond butter, walnut butter, cashew butter and Brazil nut butter - all at a 15% discount.

Then there is our month long July sale. It includes our Almond, Cashew, Brazil Nut Innovation Butter, Turmeric and Honey Butter and Black Beans.

We follow with an article on how  lab grown fake meat has been approved for sale. It is about to debut in stores and restaurants.

In celebration of this event, we follow with an exhilarating video on the joys of fake meat.

It seems that all too often seniors go around with their heads projecting forward. This need not be. Kate, a physiotherapist, shows us some simple exercises to correct the condition, to help us stand straight and tall.

May we wish you and family an Independence Day of vital good health, prosperity and success,

The World Economic Forum's dietary blueprint for the masses is becoming a reality as lab-grown meat, bugs, and plant-based foods are quickly being adopted under the guise of solving 'climate change.' The latest move by elites and governments to reset the global food supply chain is US regulators approving the sale of meat cultivated from Chicken cells. This makes the US the second country worldwide, besides Singapore, to approve the sale of lab-grown fake meat.

The Agriculture Department approved Upside Foods and Good Meat to begin selling "cell-cultivated" or "cultured" chicken meat from labs in supermarkets and restaurants.

"Today's watershed moment for the burgeoning cultivated meat, poultry and seafood sector, and for the global food industry," Good Meat said in a statement.

Upside Foods CEO Uma Valeti said cultured meat in the US will "fundamentally change how meat makes it to our table."
