Video: Apple, Cucumber, Tomato and Grape Juice - Supercharged!

Dear brothers and sisters,

It seems to us that in times such as these it behooves us to exemplify aliveness. Why not begin with the food we eat? We invite you to watch us create a juice from apples, cucumbers, tomatoes and grapes and supercharge it with parsley, kale and celery. It pulsates with aliveness. Maybe it will inspire you to plant your Victory Garden!

This is followed by Ben with GrowVeg. He tells us to survive inflation with productive gardens. For years we’ve  been exhorting people to plant Victory Gardens and we’re gratified that millions of Americans are doing just that.

Our recipe this month features a wonderfully easy Chia Seed Pudding by Eating Bird Food.

Then a lively lady teaches us how to cook quinoa, a nutritious grain.

Finally, Anna Maria Clement with Hippocrates Wellness tells us of the challenges that children face including the food they eat, the schooling they receive and the social media they are exposed to.

Please accept our best wishes for good health, prosperity and success to you and your family,
