Video: Reverberate with an Avocado Chocolate Smoothie

Dear brothers and sisters,

These times of roaring inflation and a housing market crash soon to be followed by a stock market crash, demand that we become more and more alive. What better way to begin then with the food we eat, so let’s celebrate vitality with an avocado, chocolate smoothie.  We follow this with a brilliant  talk by Dr. Joel Fuhrman on an immune supporting diet. Then there is a video showing how to make a cheese  with only two ingredients-cashews and lemon juice.

Its time for the plants of summer to make their debut and Ben with GrowVeg takes us along as he sets out tomatoes, pumpkins and zucchini. He bubbles with an enthusiasm that’s infectious- so let’s  follow his example and get growing- brothers and sisters!

We then present a talk based on six lessons from our forbears who went through the Great Depression. The first is learning to grow your own food. Again and again we have urged you to plant victory gardens. They have become a necessity in these times. We have got to get  our hands and feet in living soil. It may well mark the beginning of our redemption.

Your comments and suggestions are most welcome.
