Video: We Prepare Gazpacho (A Traditional Soup) - Alive and Organic, Of Course!

Dear brothers and sisters,

Gazpacho soup is a traditional soup from Spain. It is alive and raw. Our interns,Carolina and Antonio are delighted to guide you step-by-step in its preparation.

We then present a wonderful tour of a forest garden. It is filled with edibles-nut trees, fruit trees, scrubs  and perennial vegetables are planted in a way that mimics a natural forest.

Our culinary delight this week are waffles made from almond flour. Yet another example of how almond flour can be used in place of wheat flour.

Our California Family Olive Oil and our cashews are on sale.

Our new products include Almond Flour which lends itself to so many culinary creations, Hard Red Wheat Flour from Oregon, French Roast Coffee, Cane Sugar and Avocado Oil.

We follow by showing how Mexico City is transforming itself into a green oasis. The agricultural practices of its indigenous people are being revived. Congestion and pollution there are giving way to wondrously fertile gardens.

Then there is a video on production during the Second World War.Modern warfare is won on the production floors of factories as much as on the battlefield. One of the greatest moments in American history occurred when this country roused itself from the depths of economic depression to become the arsenal of democracy.

The creation of a forest garden, the re-creation of Mexico City and the miracle of war production tell us that there is nothing that you cannot accomplish. We will yet build here an edible schoolyard for the American spirit.

We welcome your comments and suggestions.

Please accept our good wishes for vibrant good health,
