Video: Let’s Exemplify Aliveness with a Cheesecake from Cashew Butter - Organic Of Course!

My dear brothers and sisters,

In times such as these it seems incumbent upon us to exemplify aliveness. One of the easiest ways to begin is with the food we eat. We are therefore delighted to present a recipe for organic cheesecake.

We begin by putting our alive, organic Living Tree Almond Butter in a food processor along with pitted and chopped Medjool dates and our alive, organic Flame raisins. We grind them together and put the mixture in a mixing bowl. We add sliced almonds and coconut flakes and mix. We press into a 7 inch pie plate that has been lined with parchment baking paper. We  put it in a freezer and proceed to the filling.

We put  Living Tree Cashew Butter in a blender or food processor. We add maple syrup, honey, coconut oil, the juice of a lemon or lime and a pinch of salt. Blend. We take the crust from the freezer and fill it with the cashew butter mixture. We then top with raspberries. We put the pie in the freezer. After four hours it's ready to partake.

Crust

Almond butter  1C

Pitted and Chopped Medjool dates 1C

Flame raisins    1C

Almonds sliced  1/2C

Coconut flakes 1C

Filling

Cashew Butter 3C

Maple syrup     1/4 C

Hawaiian Honey       1/4C

Coconut Oil 1/4C

Juice of one lemon 

Pinch salt 

Raspberries
