Video: Mango, Peach and Chia Seed Pudding

Dear brothers and sisters,

In celebration of aliveness, we guide you in making a Mango, Peach, Chia Seed Smoothie.

We begin by making our own almond milk with a cup of spring water and a heaping tablespoon of almond butter. We add chai seeds to thicken it.We give it a blend and it flashes into almond milk. That's our base. We add a cup of  chopped Mango and a cup of chopped peaches.  If you wish, you can add, to taste, our Hawaiian Native Forest Honey, our Vermont Maple Syrup and a pinch of our vanilla powder. We give it a blend. Voila! An organic smoothie exemplifying aliveness.

Next, James Prigioni takes us along as he harvests his first ripe peach of the season.  He goes on to harvest a massive Ruby Perfection Cabbage, carrots of many colors, purple cauliflower and a diversity of magnificent vegetables. It is an example of what  we  can all achieve in our Victory Gardens.

Black Sesame Seed Butter is on sale with this week - with $3.00 off the list price.

Our July sale continues:- It  includes our Almond,Cashew,Brazil Nut Innovation Butter, Tumeric and Honey Butter and Black Beans.

We follow with a video on how  Darwin’s exposition of the survival of the fittest led, tragically enough, to Social Darwinism a biological  justification for domination and subjugation. Indeed, it is one of the antecedents of modern racism.

Finally, Dr. Tomasz Biernacki makes some excellent suggestions on how to heal swollen feet and swollen ankles, a condition all too prevalent in the late industrial world.

May we wish you and family a summertime of vital good health, prosperity and success,
