My dear brothers and sisters,

Our privilege to share with you  a nice cream filled with the exuberance:-

We begin by creating almond milk; so much fresher than anything on a store shelf.We then add walnut butter and tahini. We add an avocado and a banana for creamy goodness. Then a lemon and honey, maple syrup, vanilla flavoring and salt.

Put in the refrigerator for three or four hours and you have an ecstatic dessert that will delight family, and friends.

Then Fully Raw Kristina guides us in creating a strawberry shortcake filled with aliveness. It is multilayered - of course. We would suggest that instead of using cashews, cashew butter lends itself organically to such creations.

Next Stephen Meyer  tells us how the Cambrian explosion, the sudden appearance in the fossil record of most of the major groups of animals that have ever existed, stands in contradiction to Darwin's theory of random variation and natural selection. Concomitant  to the sudden appearance of life is that of DNA the digital code delineating the structure and function of all living things. Ponder this, brothers and sisters…  a computer code  implies, surely, a master programmer.

Finally, the Millennial gardener, exuberantly guides us  in a spring planting. Beginning with potatoes, he goes on to transplant tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant. He starts  cucumbers, squash and melons from seed. Then there are  shelling peas, snap peas and snow peas. He follows with  the magnificent root crops-carrots, beets and radishes.
