Our pleasure to feature in today’s newsletter a persimmon, cashew ice cream cake. It is enriched and enlivened with our almond and cashew butters. The crust is a combination of almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and Medjool dates. The filling is composed of persimmons, bananas, cashew butter, almond butter, and a pinch of salt. We put it in the freezer for a couple hours and voilà - a magnificent dessert.
