We rejoice with a salad featuring two treasures bequeathed to us by the original inhabitants of this great land - sweetcorn and tomatoes. The salad dressing begins with almond milk made from our alive, organic almond butter. Just pour a cup of spring water into a blender, add a heaping tablespoon of almond butter and blend. It flashes into almond milk. We add chia seeds for thickening and chopped Medjool dates, honey, and maple syrup for sweetening. Lemon and salt, but of course.
