Video: Rejuvenate with a Purple Carrot Cake - Alive, Organic and No Bake!

My dear brothers and sisters,

“When is your almond butter coming back?”, people ask. We get inquiries almost daily. May we mention that recently there has been a surge in the price of organic almonds. This is due to a variety of reasons: Almond orchids are aging and becoming less productive; the cost of replanting is high. Almonds require a good deal of water and the cost of water is rising. Moreover, people are discovering the wonder of organic almonds and demand is rising.

We will keep you advised as we strive to restock.

Our delight to share with you some videos that pulsate with aliveness.

First, we create a purple carrot cake. No bake-of course.

We begin by creating a crust, grinding walnuts, pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds and date pieces. Then to the filling: We start with purple carrots and shred them. Then in blender, we create almond milk. We add walnut butter and cashew butter. We also add chia seeds, an excellent thickener. Then honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt. We mix the nut milk and the carrots and spread the filling over the crust. Then a topping with cashew butter, chia seeds, honey, flame raisins, and date pieces. We combine in a blender and pour on top of the pie crust and put in a freezer for 3 hours or so-voila! a no bake purple carrot cake!

Then Ben, with Grow Veg, bubbles with enthusiasm as he tells us why we've got to sew our seeds now for a magnificent springtime garden. He starts with tomatoes - everyone's favorite. Then potatoes- they are so easy to grow! Climbing peas are vigorous and require trellising. Then onions from seeds or sets. Finally kohlrabi, a member of the brassica family and close relative of cabbage, broccoli and kale.

Then we are privileged and delighted to hear the etheral sounds of a plum tree in blossom. A tone poem, a symphony to the life force surging in a once dormant tree.

Next, Stephen Meyer tells us why the traditional Darwinian mechanism can not explain body plans and is stumped by the sudden explosion of life in the Cambrian epoch. Where does the genetic information, the computer coding of life come from? Everything points to a designing intelligence.

We would appreciate your comments and suggestions.

Please accept our best wishes for good health, prosperity, and success to you and your family,
