Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 ½ cups oat flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- 2 cups chopped apples, I recommend Honeycrisp or Pink Lady

- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2–3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp almond butter (can sub any nut butter)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups almond milk
Instructions:
- Add the oats, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, almond butter, salt and almond milk to a small saucepan.
- Stir together on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until the oats are cooked.
- Serve immediately and top with your favourite toppings.

- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup coconut oil - melted
- heaping 1/8 tsp pure stevia powder - (or 1/2 cup maple syrup instead of milk & stevia)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of pink salt
